By using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to make changes at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately when posted on the website. It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions each time you enter this website.
All prices are listed in Euro in english version of websites and in Czk in czech version.
By confirming the order you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy. All specimens must be paid in full before they will be posted. We aim to post the goods within 5 working days of receiving payment.
Packing and postage
Each purchased mineral is supplemented with its accompanying documentation and label. We care very much about the minerals' packing. All fragile minerals are carefully wrapped into the thick layer of toilet paper and bubbles and placed into a small box. There should be at least 2cm of padding around each item. The box with specimen is placed into a postage box. To avoid any damage during the transit there should be at least 4cm of padding between the boxes. Bubble wrap or scrunched newspaper are the best to use as padding. There should be no possible movement within the box once packed. The other minerals(agates) are packed same way but only in one box.
The parcels are shipped by Czech post. You will find all detailed information in payment and delivery terms.
14 days grace period
We are aware that the pictures have only informative character and the mineral itself is irreplaceable thereby we give 14 days grace period to return the goods. You will find detailed information in returns policy.
Mineral on the picture is captured from the most characteristic sides. Spacial specimens are captured from more angles. If there are any damages caused to the mineral it is always mentioned in the description of the mineral. Although we always try to photograph the mineral as real as possible the colors on your screen may vary from the original.
If the mineral you are interested in is already sold please contact us by email or phone. We keep quite large stock and we might be able to supply you with some similar piece.
Data and privacy
The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in our database. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party.
Your personal data used for the payment purposes are given to the third parties (Ceska sporitelna) and we don't store them.
